All of our products are made-to-order and unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please ensure you are spelling everything correctly when submitting your order - we are not responsible for incorrect personalization. 

We are not held responsible for packages that are lost through USPS or UPS However, if your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us directly!
